Shipping policy
Delivery within Qatar
We deliver to all areas of Qatar. Orders are delivered the next day after your order is placed.
- Delivery charge: QAR 20
- Free delivery on orders of QAR 500 or more
International shipping
We ship worldwide with Aramex for a flat rate of QAR 200. Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Customs duties, VAT and any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Our team may contact you after your order is placed to confirm delivery details.

Payment
We accept card payments, Apple Pay and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available for orders within Qatar only.
Delivery issues
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so our courier can reach you. If a delivery is delayed or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will put it right.
