This website is operated by Al Fazal Perfume ("we", "us", "our"), a fragrance retailer based in Doha, Qatar. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Online store

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and authenticity

All products sold by Al Fazal Perfume are 100% authentic. We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions accurately, but packaging and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown, and fragrance perception differs from person to person.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information, including your email address, phone number and delivery address. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and cash on delivery (within Qatar only). An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Al Fazal Perfume or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Fazal Perfume is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the price you paid for that product. Please check product ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
